1. How do I make a purchase?
 

 

Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

Browse Qgroove.com for your favourite items.

Select the desired items that you would like to purchase by clicking "Add to Cart".

Click "Shopping Cart" at anytime to view or update cart contents.

Click "Update" if you've made any changes in your cart.

Select "Checkout" once you are ready to process your order.

You'll be prompted to sign in or create an account if you are a new customer.

Once you're signed in or entered the required shipping information, you'll be directed to "Payment Options".

Select the preferred method of payment.

Click "Order Confirmation" to choose your payment option and make payment.

2. Do I have to create a Customer Account?
 

 

Creating an account is quick & easy and it will enable a faster checkout the next time you shop with us. In addition, you can track orders, receive order confirmation and delivery notification via emails. Do remember to always click "Log Off" once you are done to protect your account.

4. What payment options are there on Qgroove.com?
 

 

We offer two payment options for your convenience  Paypal or Telegraphic Transfer.

You may make payment via Paypal. Paypal is free and provides a secure payment method for online transactions. Your financial information is encrypted online and will never be seen by anyone but you. You do NOT have to create an account with Paypal to make payment. You are only required to provide a valid credit card number and email address to pay.

Paypal accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

At Checkout, click "Confirm Order" to pay. The link will direct you to Paypal's secure payment site. Confirm that payment is made out to Dream Digital Studio Pte Ltd and enter the required information to make payment. Please remember to click back to Qgroove.com in order to complete the order process.

If you wish to make payment via Telegraphic Transfer, kindly email us with the following details:
Your Name,
Your Order,
Your Contact Number,
Delivery Address,
Preferred Name on the personalised embroidered nametag.

*Please indicate if this is a gift for someone else

We will email an invoice to you in PDF format. You may print this and show it to the bank officer for easy reference when making the Telegraphic Transfer. Please note that we will only be able to process your order once payment has been received, and all bank charges are to be born by your good self. This payment process typically takes 3-4 business to be processed.

5. Is it safe to use my credit card online at Qgroove?

6. How will I know if you have received my order?
 

 

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once payment has been received, and the receiving address has been verified, your order will then be accepted and processed immediately. If both the order and payment have been successful, you will receive an email of confirmation within 24-48 hours.

7. How soon will my order arrive?
 

 

Due to the nature of our handmade process to make the bags, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for order fulfilment after your order has been accepted by us. You may track your order by signing into your customer account here.

You'll receive another email once your order is shipped. Please allow another 5 10 business days for your order to reach you, depending on your location and country. Kindly understand that external factors may cause delays.

Rest assured that if your order is completed earlier, you will be informed via email.

* If there is a specific date that you wish to have the bag completed and delivered by, e.g. as a birthday or anniversary present, please send a request via email to askQ@Qgroove.com. We will do our best to meet your request.

8. Do I qualify for free shipping?
 

 

We currently provide free shipping worldwide via UPS or DHL or EMS (Speedpost Worldwide Courier).

However, your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

9. Can I return or exchange my product?
 

 

Due to the handmade and customised nature of our products, all sales are final. However, should any of the products arrive damaged, and the damage is verified to be caused prior to or during the process of delivery,
Qgroove will repair the product and deliver it back to you at no charge. Otherwise, repair and shipping may be charged to you.

Please email us at askQ@Qgroove.com with the subject "Damaged Returns Insert your Order ID number here" within 5 business days of receiving your product. Returns made without prior notification may not be processed. All damaged products must be returned to us in its original packaging within 28 days from its shipping date.

10. Can I customise my Qgroove golf bag with my name?
 

 

Of course you can! Qgroove offers you a complimentary service to personalise your name label on your exclusive Qgroove golf bag. Although the label looks best with 10 characters or less, you may place up to a maximum of 12 characters.

We are also able to embroider your name in Japanese as well as other languages.

Qgroove golf bags can be presented as gifts for any occasion - birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, or as an exclusive gift to say a big "Thank You" in the most personal way.

12. Are there any duties or taxes payable on my purchase?
 

 

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

Qgroove ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

13. What is the best way to take care of my Qgroove golf bag?
 

 

Our exclusive Qgroove bags are made with the finest materials and workmanship. In order to keep them looking their best for a longer period of time, you should wipe your bags with a clean damp cloth after use and air-dry thoroughly before storing them away. You may store your exclusive Qgroove bag in the carrier bag that comes with it for added protection.
