Eligibility To Purchase
The purchase of merchandise through the Dream Digital Studio Pte Ltd ("DDS") website, Qgroove.com ("the Site"), is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with English law. In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the DDS terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to DDS, whose applications are acceptable to DDS and who have authorised DDS to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase (see Payment). Purchases made on the Site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. DDS reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address. Moreover, by making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, where DDS feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. All communications including advertisements made by DDS and all information on this Site are invitations to treat only and are not offers or unilateral contracts.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured. If you are buying from outside Singapore, you may also incur duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. Please refer to the FAQ sections on Duties & Taxes.
Acceptance Of Your Order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order. Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and DDS will be perfected when we despatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Singapore and the language of the contract is English. The contract will be subject to these terms and conditions and governed by Singapore law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in respect of any dispute that may arise under it. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above. Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, American Express, Delta, and Switch debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by DDS. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to DDS, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take all reasonable care to make our Site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this Site are processed using Paypal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. DDS does not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure the Site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site. DDS insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Tracking Your Order
You can check the current status of your shipment by viewing Track Your Order. Simply type in your unique tracking number which we e-mailed to you, and we will track your shipment for you. You should note that any timescales given for delivery are estimates only and, as such, time of delivery is not of the essence of any contract between us. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss of profit, business or goodwill or any indirect, special or consequential losses that may arise either from a failure to deliver goods or a delay in delivering goods whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise except in the case of fraud or death or personal injury caused by DDS's negligence. DDS will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that, for your security, only a record of your transaction is kept on the Site; your credit card details are not held on the Site.
Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade and customised nature of our bags, all sales are final. However, should your item arrive damaged, we will provide complimentary repair or issue an exchange.
Please email us at askQ@Qgroove.com with the subject "Damaged Returns - Order ID" within 5 business days of receiving your order. Returns made without prior notification may not be processed. We request that all merchandise are returned in its original Qgroove packaging within 14 days of the date of your request. Returns received outside the above time frames (other than when faulty) are accepted at the discretion of DDS and can only be refunded as a 'store credit'. Merchandise returned without their original boxes may not be accepted.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsibility of the customer.
Please note that returns and exchange do not apply to fully customised pieces.
We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside Singapore.
Exactly What Personal Information May Be Collected About You And By What Means?
DDS collects personal information in several ways directly from its online visitors when they order for themselves, or when they register for a service offered by DDS. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, Email address, phone numbers, home address and birth date so that we can process and fulfil your orders. Credit card details are entered directly into our payment partner's systems and are neither transmitted nor held on DDS systems. Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.
Other Information We Collect Through Our Services
As a user of our services, we may collect non-personal data about use of the website, such as pages visited, times and volume of use of the services as well as traffic data. Traffic data includes logs, details of networks, time of log-on or access, length of sessions and similar systems data.

DDS may use your personal information for the processing of orders, payments and to provide you with a personalised shopping experience. We will also use your details to fulfil and deliver your orders and manage your account. Your personal information may also be checked with credit agencies to prevent fraud. Where there is a legal obligation to do so, we may disclose your information to any relevant regulatory body. We may use your personal information for our internal marketing and demographic studies, together with non-personal data to monitor customer patterns so we can consistently improve our Site design to better meet our visitors' needs.
